Job Summary:
Landrace Cannabis is seeking a Budtender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have cannabis knowledge to assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products and provide exceptional service in a dispensary setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming manner
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
- Accurately handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Perform inventory management tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles preferred
- Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
-An IIC card is required, if you do not have one you will have to pass a background check.
