Job description
High North Mystique of Maine is now hiring a Full-Time employee to work at our Congress St location in Portland.
We are looking for motivated, professional retail leaders to support our management team in the day-to-day operations in our dispensary.
Responsibilities to include:
- Strong customer service skills. Ability to assist wide range of customers with questions and information. Our customers are our number one priority.
- Support all store tasks and compliance
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
- Detail oriented, this position requires daily record keeping and strict compliance with state rules and regulations.
- Ability to use all operating systems including pos terminal, scanners, Ipads
- Other duties and tasks on an as needed basis
Requirements
- 2 years in a dispensary, retail or hospitality industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced ever changing environment
- Compassionate, professional demeanor
- Energetic and enthusiastic and up for whatever it may take to get the job done. Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand, lift and spend extended periods of time on your feet in busy dispensary environment.
- Strong work ethic, dependable.
- Candidate needs to be eligible for an Individual ID Card
Schedule: Weekdays and Weekends as needed
