Role : Agentic AI Engineer

Key day to day Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions leveraging AWS Agent Core Gateway, MCP Servers, and Model Gateway architectures.
- Develop and manage multi-agent systems, tool orchestration frameworks, and autonomous workflows for complex business processes.
- Architect and implement MCP Servers to enable secure integration between AI agents, enterprise systems, data sources, and business tools.
- Establish and operate Model Gateway capabilities including model routing, orchestration, governance, observability, and lifecycle management.
- Define and enforce AI Tools Governance, security guardrails, access controls, compliance policies, and responsible AI practices.
- Build scalable, production-grade AI services, frameworks, and orchestration layers using Python and cloud-native technologies.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large AI programs for Fortune 500 organizations, preferably within regulated financial services environments.
- Drive AI platform modernization, engineering best practices, reusable accelerators, and operational excellence across the organization.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership in Agentic AI, GenAI, and enterprise AI architecture.
Required Qualifications :
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related discipline.
· 8 years of software engineering experience.
· 2 years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise AI/GenAI solutions.
· Proven experience delivering large-scale AI implementations for Fortune 500 organizations.
Strong expertise in:
· AWS Agent Core Gateway
· AWS Bedrock services, Knowledge bases, Knowledge graphs
· Experience with Dynamo DB, Redis, No SQL Databases.
· MCP Servers (Model Context Protocol)
· Model Gateway Architecture
· Agentic Engineering
