Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours
- Manage front desk operations including handling reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, payments, and account adjustments
- Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or issues, providing exceptional customer service and guest relations
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight guest needs or facility concerns
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with guests and team members alike
- Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in resort or hotel settings is preferred but not required
