We’re hiring a friendly, self-motivated part-time Leasing Specialist to support the daily operations of a busy apartment community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction and sales in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Weekdays and three Saturdays a month required
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet prospects, answer phones, and conduct apartment tours
- Market available units and support move-ins and renewals
- Prepare and process leases and related paperwork
- Collect rent and assist with delinquency follow-up
- Perform general office and administrative duties
