What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Mobile Service Technician position at Landmark Ford?
Landmark Ford in Tigard, OR is seeking a skilled and independent Ford Mobile Service Technician to bring our dealership's service quality directly to our customers. Operating a fully equipped Landmark Ford Mobile Service vehicle, you'll complete repairs and maintenance at customer homes, workplaces, and fleet locations across the area.

What You'll Do
Use the Landmark Ford Mobile Service van to travel to customer locations and carry out on-site repairs and maintenance
Perform scheduled services, recalls, software updates, and field diagnostics with care and accuracy
Build lasting customer relationships through a reliable, professional service experience
Prepare and organize each day's schedule ahead of time to stay efficient and on track
Communicate regularly with Parts and Service Advisors to coordinate parts needs and keep customers updated
Record all work completed accurately on repair orders
Stay current on Ford technical service bulletins and fulfill all required training
Operate and maintain the Mobile Service van with care and responsibility
Represent Landmark Ford professionally across all work environments and conditions
What We're Looking For
2 years of professional automotive experience at a dealership or high-volume shop
Solid diagnostic and problem-solving ability
Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presentation
Well-organized and self-directed, with strong time management habits
Able to lift 50 lbs and handle varying outdoor work environments comfortably
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
