Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants across a range of experience levels:
- Experienced Carpenters:
- If you have hands-on framing experience, strong technical skills, and a solid understanding of construction methods, we want to hear from you!
- Entry-Level Carpenters:
- New to the field? No problem—as long as you’ve completed a technical program in carpentry, we’ll provide the on‑the‑job training to help you grow and succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Frame residential structures according to plans and specifications
- Safely operate carpentry tools and equipment
- Work collaboratively with a team to meet project timelines
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Follow all jobsite safety protocols
What You Bring
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying conditions
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Required for entry-level: Completion of a carpentry-focused technical school or training program
- Preferred for experienced candidates: Proven framing experience and knowledge of construction best practices
