What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCBA Clinical Director (Founding Partner with Equity) position at Landmark ABA?
Landmark ABA is opening in the Oklahoma City metro, and we’re looking for the BCBA who will lead it. This isn’t a typical BCBA job. As our founding Clinical Director, you’ll set the clinical standard from the first family we serve, help build the team, and own 20% of the Oklahoma company.
We’ll serve children, teens and young adults in their homes and at our office in the OKC metro, with a special focus on SoonerCare families, military families around Tinker AFB, and older kids and teens who have fewer options in OKC today.
What you’ll do
- Lead intake assessments and write individualized treatment plans
- Train, supervise and help hire our RBT team
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Keep documentation clean and audit ready across SoonerCare, TRICARE and commercial plans
- Build relationships with pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools and the Tinker AFB family support office
- Shape our clinical policies, quality standards and culture from day one
What you bring
- Active BCBA certification
- Current Oklahoma behavior analyst license strongly preferred (if you’re not licensed yet, we’ll cover the application)
- BACB 8 hour supervision training completed
- At least 2 years of BCBA experience preferred, including RBT supervision
- Experience with SoonerCare, TRICARE or commercial authorizations is a plus
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and Oklahoma’s annual registry checks
Pay and ownership
- $70 per billable hour
- $35 per hour for non billable work like treatment planning, admin and team meetings
- $2 for every therapy hour your RBT team delivers
- 20% ownership of the Oklahoma company
- At a full caseload of about 25 billable hours a week, that works out to roughly $105,000 to $115,000 a year, plus your share of profits as we grow
- W-2 position with a flexible schedule, and you can start part time while the caseload builds
Why join us
- Real ownership, not just a title
- A caseload you can do well, with time to supervise properly
- Clinical decisions made by you, not a corporate playbook
- We handle the business side (credentialing, billing, payroll and marketing) so you can focus on clients and your team
How to apply
Send your resume and a few lines on why you want to build something of your own. We’re hiring now and will reply within a few days.
