In this influential role, you'll lead a team of BCBAs and RBTs while overseeing the delivery of high-quality, center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You'll drive clinical outcomes, support professional development, and partner with families to help children build meaningful communication, social, and daily living skills.

Pay: $85,000 - $100,000 / year

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20 Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of individualized ABA treatment programs for children ages 2–6
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans based on each learner's unique needs
  • Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to BCBAs and RBTs
  • Review treatment data, documentation, and clinical programming to ensure quality, consistency, and positive outcomes
  • Partner closely with families to establish goals, communicate progress, provide caregiver coaching, and support long-term success
  • Lead clinical hiring activities, including interviewing and selection of team members
  • Facilitate monthly team meetings and drive clinic-wide clinical initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, ethical guidelines, and organizational expectations
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and learner-focused culture across the center
  • Partner with operational and executive leadership to support clinic growth and performance

Skills & Qualifications

  • Master's degree required
  • Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Demonstrated experience leading clinical teams and supervising ABA programs
  • Experience in a center-based, clinic-based, or autism services environment highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop clinicians at various stages of their careers
  • Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families
  • Commitment to clinical excellence and evidence-based care

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing teams of BCBAs and RBTs
  • Experience with Vineland-3, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, ESDM, PRT, or other evidence-based assessment and treatment tools
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance, clinical programming, and outcome measurement
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and solutions-focused in challenging situations
  • High emotional intelligence and exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with clinicians, leadership teams, and families
  • Additional experience within the ABA community highly valued

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
