Overview
We are seeking a customer service focused candidate, with meticulous attention to detail to fill the position of Receptionist/Office Assistant with our team. The ideal candidate will be required to answer phone calls, speak with walk-in customers, handle daily data entry, file reviews and general clerical tasks. This full time position will consist of hours Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm with a one-hour lunch break.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze contracts for sale or transfer to insure completeness.
- Route phone calls to the appropriate employee.
- Schedule appointments and provide status updates (via phone/email) to customers.
- Verify and submit daily document files for recording.
- Verify and submit banking reports and deposits.
- Collaborate professionally with internal staff to delegate/undertake tasks.
Preferred Skillset
- Proficiency in math for calculations related to file ledgers/balancing.
- Strong analytical skills for risk/fraud assessment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Exemplary customer service and communications skills
- Familiarity with basic real estate transactions, lending procedures and documentation.
- Previous experience in real estate and title is preferred
Candidate will be required to pass a background check and state licensing exam within 30 days of hire.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $33,000.00 per year
