Do you have a passion for animals and a natural ability to make people feel taken care of? We’re looking for a friendly and organized Client Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and patients. In this role, you’ll help create a seamless, positive experience from check-in to check-out while supporting both our medical team and pet parents.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- As part of our front desk team, your day-to-day may include:
- Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and collecting medical history
- Processing invoices and payments accurately
- Reviewing patient records for vaccine status and routine care needs
- Communicating patient arrivals and updates with doctors and technicians
- Assisting with prescription refills, food requests, and OTC products as directed
- Entering and maintaining accurate records in our practice management system

Salary : $15 - $16
