Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning over our apartments after move-outs and ensuring they are move-in ready. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, providing a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of our apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet cleanliness standards
- Utilize our app to communicate with our team, receive job updates, and pay
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; hotel experience is a huge plus.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to navigate a smartphone app
- Adequate time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Friendly demeanor when interacting with members of our team
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
Pay: $27.50 - $50.00 per hour
