Company Overview:
A family-owned RIA with approximately $4.5 billion in assets under management is seeking a Wealth Strategist to join their expanding team. The role involves developing wealth planning strategies and enhancing the client experience across their multi-state presence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, consult on, and implement recommendations alongside attorneys & accountants for HNW/UHNW clients
- Collaborate with Wealth Managers on client engagement and new business opportunities
- Conduct in-depth analysis on existing estate planning strategies
- Partner with third-party advisors and vendor partners to develop new client offerings
- Assist in creating marketing content such as website articles, client materials, presentations, and webinars
- Keep current with regulatory changes and provide updates as a subject matter expert
- Attend client meetings to provide expert advice and support
- Represent the firm to external audiences regarding planning capabilities
- Help train new Wealth Managers on the Financial Planning offering
- Participate in special projects as necessary
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning, trust, tax & estate planning
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- CFP®, AEP®, J.D., LL.M, MST, CTFA, CPA or EA strongly preferred
- Expertise with Moneyguide Pro, eMoney, and Vanilla technologies preferred
- Experience in building out a financial planning offering for clients is a plus
- Leadership and management experience are a plus
Compensation:
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000, Plus Bonus
