Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the closing of Par and Distressed LSTA loan trades
- Work directly with counterparts and agents to settle trades and resolve issues
- Coordinate with traders on high priority transactions and ad hoc inquiries
- Collaborate with multiple teams within the Investment Operations group
- Liaise with the KYC Team to ensure unsettled trades are progressing
- Review credit agreements for operational information
- 3 years of experience settling LSTA Par Loans (Primary and Secondary)
- Strong skills in Clearpar Settlement Platform
- Loan Servicing skills (Paydowns, Rollovers, and Rate Sets) preferred
Pay Rate: $65 – $80/hr, DOE
