Vice President of Portfolio Management

Company Overview:

A real estate private equity firm with $1.8 billion in assets under management is seeking a Vice President of Portfolio Management to join its Investment & Asset Management team. The role focuses on property-level loan agreements, cash forecasting, reserve management, and debt compliance across a diverse hospitality portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the firm's primary subject matter expert on all property-level loan agreements across the portfolio
• Develop and maintain a portfolio-wide cash forecasting model for property-level liquidity
• Own the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process for property-level expenses
• Build and maintain investment performance projection models across the portfolio
• Coordinate with property finance teams, operators, and lenders to gather inputs and validate forecast assumptions
• Present findings and recommendations to the Investment team regularly
• Support the acquisition team with due diligence modeling and post-close performance benchmarking
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5-9 years of experience in real estate private equity or institutional owner/operator real estate platform
• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• Proven track record of building complex financial models in Excel
• Experience managing lender reserves, escrow accounts, and compliance reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  
  

Compensation: Salary: $175,000 – $250,000, Plus Bonus
