Vendor Risk & Operations Analyst

Company Overview:

A leading utility company with a global presence is seeking a Vendor Risk & Operations Analyst for their Asset Management Services in North America. This role will focus on vendor management, procurement, and compliance within their energy asset operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the preferred vendor list and maintain a consolidated list of vendors within the Asset CMMS software, Maximo.
• Oversee procurement and invoice processing responsibilities within Maximo.
• Apply analytical thinking to identify issues, trends, and process improvement opportunities in vendor management and compliance activities.
• Coordinate vendor intake and ongoing monitoring within the vendor risk and performance management platform, NAVEX.
• Monitor vendor risk profiles and coordinate with internal compliance teams when risks surface.
• Coordinate vendor data across accounting and procurement software platforms.
• Enhance and administer the Benchmark Gensuite Tool for compliance activities.
• Manage and improve Project Documents storage and sharing based on the document management system across all assets.
• Support the development of new procedures and update existing policies for assigned responsibilities.
• Assist with due-diligence efforts and support additional services as necessary.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of related industry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proficiency in Maximo, Sage, and Navex RiskRate is a plus.
• Basic project management experience is a plus.
  
  

Compensation: Salary: $80,000 – $85,000, DOE
