Project Management Analyst – Investor Relations

Company Overview:

A Boston-based alternative investment firm with over $20 billion in assets under management is seeking a Project Management Analyst to join their Investor Relations team. This role will support investor relations and fundraising activities, providing a foundation for a career in Investor Relations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to investor inquiries and information requests, coordinating with internal teams such as Investment, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
• Coordinate and assist in tracking and fulfilling follow-up materials from investor calls and meetings.
• Assist with preparation for the firm’s Annual Meeting, including drafting materials.
• Maintain up-to-date investor marketing materials, investment track records, and case studies.
• Prepare fundraising-related materials such as PPMs, DDQs, and pitchbooks.
• Help populate and manage data rooms for due diligence processes.
• Coordinate on-site meetings and diligence sessions, incorporating appropriate marketing materials.
• Develop a working knowledge of relevant fund governing documents.
• Assist with preparation and review of content and analyses related to the firm and overall market.
• Analyze and compile information on the firm’s portfolio companies and fund performance for investor requests and marketing materials.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a strong overall GPA.
• Analytical experience with a working knowledge of alternative assets preferred.
• Open to backgrounds in investment banking, placement agent, consulting, fund audit, etc.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint.
  
  

Compensation: Salary: $100,000 – $120,000, Plus Bonus
