Job Responsibilities:
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by following defined test scripts
- Validate workflows related to account opening and banking operations
- Capture and document results, including taking screenshots and logging issues
- Identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy of system outputs
- Collaborate with internal teams to report findings and support issue resolution
- 4 years of experience in banking operations (retail banking preferred)
- Strong understanding of account types and account opening processes
- Experience executing test scripts or QA/UAT validation (non-technical)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
