This role will support compensation initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with the organization's compensation philosophy and market competitiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary compensation consultant to support HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Executives, and Managers.
- Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners and key leaders to proactively identify and resolve compensation-related matters.
- Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and compensation analyses for new positions and significant job changes.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to develop competitive compensation recommendations.
- Support all aspects of the annual compensation planning process.
- Conduct ad hoc job description and compensation analyses, modeling, and reporting.
- Assist in the administration and continuous improvement of compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
- Partner with the Compensation team on organization-wide compensation initiatives.
- Support the administration and maintenance of compensation programs for U.S. and international offices.
- Develop and facilitate compensation training and educational materials.
- Participate in international compensation survey submissions and market pricing activities.
- Support the ongoing administration and maintenance of compensation systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis or related HR functions.
- Hands-on experience with compensation software such as PayScale, PayFactors, or similar tools.
- Experience with international compensation programs and global market benchmarking.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for compensation analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and compensation management tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
