Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Company Overview:

A leading quantitative investment management firm applies a scientific approach to investing, leveraging technology, AI, and data science to deliver alpha for investors. They are seeking a Reporting Analyst to manage regulatory, investor, and internal reporting obligations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the reporting processes for registered investment advisers.
• Prepare, review, and submit over 200 regulatory filings across 15 regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate the preparation, review, and distribution of over 150 investor reports.
• Research and analyze rule changes to ensure reporting remains current and accurate.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and improve data quality.
• Work with business analysts and engineering resources to develop the reporting platform.
• Produce and maintain documentation of processes, assumptions, and controls.
• Collaborate across departments to support evolving business and reporting needs.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and data requests from internal collaborators.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in financial services, with hedge fund or regulatory reporting experience as an asset.
• BA/BS degree with a strong academic record.
• Experience in regulatory filing/compliance, audit/accounting, or progress toward the CFA designation is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills for working through large data sets.
• Ability to research technical matters and interpret disclosure requirements.
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  
  

Compensation: Salary: $125,000 – $200,000, Plus Bonus
