Manager/Director, Family Office Services

Company Overview:

A multi-family office providing comprehensive financial services to ultra-high net worth individuals, focusing on sophisticated alternative investments and trust and estate complexities. They are seeking a Manager/Director for their Family Office Services team to enhance client service and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

Manager, Family Office Services:

• Lead and manage a team to ensure excellent service, work completion, and on-time delivery.
• Provide Family Office services for ultra-high net worth clients, including cash flow monitoring and investment tracking.
• Create and maintain personal financial statements in QuickBooks and perform financial statement consolidations.
• Assemble and organize information for tax preparation and ensure document retention.
• Assist with ad hoc internal accounting, HR functions, and tax projects.
  
  

Director, Family Office Services:

• Lead and manage a team of up to ten people, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee departmental budget and profit and loss responsibilities.
• Provide client care and handle escalated client concerns.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial pictures, including trusts and related entities.
• Collaborate with staff to support family office services and deepen client relationships.
  
  

Qualifications:

Manager, Family Office Services:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• Experience with QuickBooks and MS Excel.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  
  

Director, Family Office Services:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA a bonus.
• Prior CFO experience required; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in a CFO role or similar accounting-focused firm.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software packages.
  
  

Compensation: Salary: $125,000 – $250,000, Plus Bonus
