Legal & Compliance, Analyst

Company Overview:

A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking a Legal Analyst to join its Legal & Compliance group. This role offers exposure to corporate governance, fund structuring, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic in-house legal environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage internal reporting for governance committees, focusing on conflicts of interest, regulatory disclosures, and legal risk analysis
• Liaise with senior executives, external counsel, and internal stakeholders
• Assist with technology-driven solutions for legal reporting
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the execution of deals and other initiatives
• Assist in responding to regulatory inbounds, including fact finding and review of filings
• Provide support for structuring, formation, and offering of new funds, products, or securities
• Research and summarize industry trends, best practices, and regulatory and case law developments
• Assist in preparing materials responsive to existing investors and other stakeholders’ requests
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be able to start in May 2025
