Lead Business Ambassador

Company Overview:

A leading financial advisory firm with a legacy as one of the oldest independent investment banks, advising on transactions across various industries. They are seeking a Lead Business Ambassador to drive the adoption of AI-enabled tools and improve workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with banking teams to understand and document workflows, pain points, and inefficiencies
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve processes and enhance data quality
• Support the implementation and integration of AI-enabled tools
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and AI/technology teams
• Drive user adoption and behavior change through support and training
• Track and measure impact, including efficiency gains and data improvements
• Develop and share best practices and scalable solutions
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3–8 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, process improvement, operations, or transformation roles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Proven track record of driving change and improving processes
• Interest or exposure to AI, automation, analytics, or productivity tools
  
  

Compensation: Pay Rate: $65 – $80/hr, DOE
