Head of IT Infrastructure

Company Overview:

A credit-oriented investment manager overseeing approximately $44 billion in total assets is seeking a Head of IT Infrastructure. This role is crucial for managing the firm's infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user support across multiple offices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage network and server infrastructure across main and satellite offices.
• Own core infrastructure services and platforms, including identity and access, endpoint management, and networking.
• Maintain datacenter compute, storage, and virtualization platforms.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Conditional Access.
• Support application hosting platforms in datacenter and cloud contexts.
• Establish operational discipline, including change control and incident management.
• Manage MSP for datacenter monitoring and network hardware management.
• Own the firm’s cybersecurity program and lead vulnerability management.
• Coordinate annual penetration testing and track remediation.
• Own end-user support delivery and manage service management practices.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience leading infrastructure operations and cybersecurity in a professional services environment.
• Strong Microsoft ecosystem experience, including Intune and Entra ID.
• Hands-on experience with datacenter infrastructure and virtualization platforms.
• Experience administering Palo Alto firewalls and managing network connectivity.
• Experience working with MSPs and third-party vendors.
  
  

Compensation: Salary: $150,000 – $200,000, Plus Bonus
