A multi-family office specializing in servicing ultra-high net worth individuals with complex financial needs is seeking a Family Office Accountant. The role involves providing day-to-day reporting and supporting tax and trust & estate planning for clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ financial picture, including trusts and related entities
- Monitor cash flow activity, payroll, tax payments, and insurance policies
- Maintain organized and accurate supporting documentation of all transactions
- Comprehensive bill pay and investment tracking
- Create and maintain personal financial statements in QuickBooks
- Perform financial statement consolidations
- Assemble and organize information for tax preparation
- Assist with ad hoc internal accounting, HR functions, and tax projects
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- At least two years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- QuickBooks & MS Excel experience required
