Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop relationships with institutional allocators, OCIOs, family office investment teams, and RIAs.
- Own the full sales cycle with institutional buyers and platforms.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with allocation consultants and structured products platforms.
- Lead ongoing relationships with existing institutional clients, including performance dialogue and investment committee communications.
- Run the BD and IR function using modern AI tooling.
- Work directly with leadership on strategic priorities and firm-level positioning.
- 5 years of experience in distribution, institutional sales, business development, or investor relations at an asset management firm or structured products desk.
- Direct experience with structured products such as buffered ETFs, defined outcome notes, and autocallables.
- Proven track record of sales with institutional buyers, RIAs, or family offices.
- Ability to be on-site full-time in Park Ridge, IL, Boston, MA, or Salt Lake City, UT, with travel as required.
- Preferred: Current or recent role at a structured products firm and designations such as CIMA, CAIA, or CFA.
