The role focuses on SEC and Private Funds reporting, supporting the company's mission to provide flexible growth capital to emerging companies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of quarterly financial table disclosures for the 10-Q, 8-K, and earnings release materials using Workiva SEC Reporting Suite
- Assist with tracking SEC and FASB disclosure requirements and drafting disclosures for the 10-Q
- Ensure audit request support related to the external reporting process is collected and organized for SOX compliance
- Address review comments on draft Form 10-Q from external parties and internal stakeholders
- Maintain monthly reconciliations impacting quarterly deliverables
- Assist with Private Funds deliverables impacting SEC reporting
- Preparation of quarterly Fund performance deliverables
- Prepare monthly portfolio yield analysis and portfolio income analytics
- B.S. or B.A. degree required; CPA preferred
- Three to six years’ experience in accounting or finance positions
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and familiarity with public or private reporting
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data consolidation and analysis
- Experience working with Workiva SEC Reporting Suite tool
