Analyst / Associate, Investor Relations

Company Overview:

A leading global investment firm with a focus on providing creative capital solutions and generating attractive risk-adjusted returns. The firm manages a diverse range of strategies across the capital structure, including syndicated leveraged loans, high yield bonds, and private equity. They are seeking an Analyst / Associate to join their Investor Relations team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with regional Business Development teams to provide client-specific analytics and tailored materials.
• Prepare and deliver RFPs / DDQs for existing and prospective investors across all products.
• Maintain a deep understanding of products, strategies, and key differentiators.
• Serve as a central point of coordination for inbound requests from investors.
• Lead support for investor-level AUM calculations and ensure alignment between client reporting and internal metrics.
• Drive the development and enhancement of the firm’s language library.
• Manage the collation and distribution of recurring and ad-hoc investor reporting.
• Execute across multiple high-priority initiatives, maintaining quality standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; minimum 3 years’ experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Consulting preferred.
• Strong technical skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of credit markets preferred.
• High degree of comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  
  

Compensation:

Salary: $115,000 – $150,000, Plus Bonus
