Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end semi-monthly payroll cycle, ensuring all hours, deductions, and bonuses are accurate.
- Coordinate logistics for new hires, including paperwork, system access, and orientation.
- Maintain digital employee files and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Serve as the first point of contact for team members regarding benefits enrollment and general HR inquiries.
- Perform daily data entry and categorization within QuickBooks to ensure books stay current.
- Review, code, and process vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Reconcile company credit card statements and employee expense reports.
- Assist with basic monthly reconciliations and pull reports for the leadership team as needed.
- 2–4 years of experience in a professional office environment, ideally in an administrative, HR, or bookkeeping capacity.
- Solid experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) and comfortable learning new HRIS or payroll platforms.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial and personal employee data with confidentiality.
