Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Miami, FL. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries via various communication channels, resolving complaints, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure quality service. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain positive customer relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in the aerospace MRO industry is a plus
