This is a full-time on-site role located in Homestead, FL. The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for BOXR members. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires fostering a positive environment at the gym, handling memberships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations that align with BOXR’s commitment to quality service.
- Strong understanding of Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience principles
- Proficient in Customer Support and resolving customer concerns effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse individuals
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in customer service is advantageous
