This role focuses on meeting homeowners, performing roof inspections, presenting solutions, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact to signed contract. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Responsibilities:
- No prior roofing or sales experience required — we will train the right candidate
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working outdoors and on roofs (training provided)
