Role Description This a full-time Business Development Executive role for an experienced Title Insurance BD officer. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage relationships with key clients and prospects, and support the growth of the company’s commercial title, escrow, and closing services. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach through meetings, calls, and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and service offerings. The role also involves maintaining a robust sales pipeline, tracking market trends, preparing reports on business development activities, and representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to nurture client relationships, manage portfolios, and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in commercial real estate, title insurance, financial services, or a related sector is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
