Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced friendly Hygiene Coordinator to join our busy, growing practice! We need someone who is not shy and will greet every patient that walks in with a smile and hello. We need someone with dental office experience and dental scheduling experience. An employee that is reliable and can work well on their own.
Duties Include:
- Answering incoming calls, texts and emails
- Checking patients in for their appointments upon arrival
- Dental terminology and billing codes
- Dental procedures
- Collecting copays
- Making appointments
- Checking insurance benefits
- Maintain & fill the Doctor and Hygiene schedules
- Checking patients out after their appointments
- General office duties
This will be a Monday - Thursday position, starting at 7:50 am and ending at 6 pm with lunch 1- 2pm. We have amazing patients and a friendly work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
