Description:
Responsible for the overall management of all casino table games on assigned shift. Ensure that all company policies and procedures and all gaming regulations are strictly adhered to at all times.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience casino management required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience of direct leadership experience in training staff, assigning work, managing performance, and allocating resources.
Must possess extensive knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedures.
Must possess computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must possess excellent customer service and leadership skills.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
