Order Management Specialist

Job Discription:

Manage the processing of quotes and sales orders, ensuring compliance with export regulations and pricing policies.

This role collaborates with customers and the client Sales Team to meet delivery and contract requirements and interprets government contracts and purchase orders for accurate sales order translation.

The candidate will review Terms and Conditions (Ts&Cs) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses to ensure legal compliance across quality, payment terms, pricing, delivery, and packaging.

They will also work closely with internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and mitigate risks of shipment delays due to incomplete order requirements. Administrative duties include managing customer communications and document control on network drives.

Must- Haves (Hard Skills)

• CRM/ERP Software
• Able to speak with customers directly
• Experience with Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro

Must- Haves (Soft Skills)

• Customer-facing experience/strong customer service
• Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Works well within a team and with multiple teams simultaneously
• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Degree/Certification Requirements

Bachelor’s preferred, but will look at experience in lieu of a degree.

Nice-To- Haves (Hard Skills)

• Oracle CRM/ERP system is a plus
• Previous DoD experience a big plus – DPAS/FAR clauses and experience
• Trade/export compliance/audit a plus
