B2B Service Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to support a fast-paced Service Operations team. This role will partner closely with operational leaders to drive projects, improve business processes, analyze performance data, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support service operations managers with projects, operational initiatives, and business requests.
• Gather business requirements, track project deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Create, maintain, and analyze reports to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop executive-level presentations, business documentation, and status reports.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting notes, and track action items.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Utilize data analysis to support decision-making and operational performance management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations Analysis, Project Coordination, or related roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive-level presentations.
• Experience supporting B2B Operations, Service Operations, or Post-Sales Operations environments.
• Experience gathering requirements and managing stakeholder communications.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management or PMO experience.
• Experience using Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
• PMP certification or formal project management training.
• Korean language proficiency is strongly preferred.
