What are the responsibilities and job description for the Computer Repair Technician position at Lancesoft - State Account?
Duration: 12 Months
1st Shift: 6.30am-3:00pm (Overtime as Needed) - $16/hr. on W2
2nd Shift: 3.30pm – 12:00am (Overtime as Needed) - $16.75/hr. on W2
• Repair and service personal computers and related hardware
• Diagnose technical issues accurately and perform first-time fixes
• Meet customer service and productivity expectations
• Work in a fast-paced production/repair environment
• Support operations outside of the assigned repair station when needed
• Perform all other duties assigned by the Client Management Team, including Supervisors and Leads
Requirements
• Previous PC repair experience required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be proficient in English

• Attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
