🩺 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide crisis counseling and intervention as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- Alaska State Licensure – Required
- NABCS Clearance – Required
- ICPA Clearance – Required
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an inpatient or outpatient healthcare setting
