LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Hilo, Hawaii.

This position is for a candidate with primary ACUTE  Inpatient  experience 

Primary coverage in ACUTE REHAB and secondary ICF/SNF Rehab.

TO EVALUATE AND RE-EVALUATE ASSIGNED RESIDENTS/PATIENTS; PLAN AND IMPLEMENT AN ONGOING THERAPEUTIC PHYSICAL THERAPY PROGRAM AS PRESCRIBED BY THE ATTENDING PHYSICIAN AND/OR CONSULTING SPECIALIST AND PROVIDE CONSULTING PHYSICAL THERAPIST SERVICES. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SHIFTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS AS NECESSARY BASED ON HOSPITAL OPERATIONS.

Required skills and minimum years of experience.

minimum 6 months work experience in at least 1 of the following settings working with adults (Acute, rehab hosp., SNF)

Variable- Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm, Tues-Sat 8:30am-5:00pm, or Sun-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm
