RN Supervisor – Skilled Nursing Facility (36 Hours/Week)
Shift Structure:
3 × 8-hour shifts 1 × 12-hour shift weekly (Total: 36 hours/week)
Shift Times:
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (8 hrs)
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (8 hrs)
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12 hrs)
Facility Overview
- Average daily census: 180 residents
- 5-unit long-term care facility
- Weekend coverage: Every other weekend required
- First-time travelers: Accepted
- Locals: Not accepted (must live >75 miles away)
- EMR: Epic
Required Experience & Skills - Minimum 2 years RN experience
- Previous charge/supervisory experience required
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
- Code management & emergency response
- De-escalation & behavioral management
- Infection control & isolation precautions
- Incident reporting & regulatory compliance (DPH, TJC, OSHA)
- Staff supervision, coaching, and performance management
- Staffing coordination & productivity standards
- HIPAA compliance & risk management
- Ability to manage assaultive behaviors and crisis situations
