Requirements:

• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience required
  • First-time travelers accepted
  • EPIC charting experience is required
• Licensure:
  • Alaska (AK) RN License required for Auto Offer
  • Pending AK License accepted, but must be in hand for Auto Offer
• Certifications:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required
• Clinical Skills:
  • Must possess Cath Lab nursing skills (per unit description)
  • Ability to float within scope to EP (Electrophysiology) or IR (Interventional Radiology) as needed

• Shift: 4x10-hour Day shifts
• On-Call:
  • 1 day per week
  • 4th/5th weekend on-call (Friday 1800 – Monday 0730)
• Weekend Requirements:
  • Participation in on-call rotation
  • Approximately 1 Saturday per month as part of scheduled shifts
• Scheduling Restrictions:
  • Block scheduling not available

• Travel Policy:
  • Local candidates not accepted (must reside 50 miles from facility)
• Time Off (RTO):
  • Approved on a case-by-case basis upon offer
  • Limited to 1 request per 13-week assignment
• Guaranteed Hours:
  • 70 hours per 2 weeks
  • Facility may cancel 1 (10-hour) shift per 2-week period
