• Floating: Yes – based on unit and facility needs

• Weekend Requirement: Yes – days and/or nights (variable with weekdays)

• Ratios: No set ratios
• 48 Hours: Not approved

• Experience:
  • Strong ED or ICU nursing experience required
• Certifications:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required
• Skills:
  • Ability to function in a House Supervisor role across multiple units
  • Comfortable floating based on skill set

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – Highly desired
  • Candidates without PALS may be considered, but will not be ideal

• Travel Experience: Required
• Transportation:
  • Must have a personal vehicle for this assignment
• Floating Expectation:
  • Travelers are expected to float to other units and facilities based on operational needs
  • AYA Healthcare professionals may be required to float across the system

  • $5/hour incentive for hours worked at Seaside
• IRS mileage reimbursement provided
• Hotel accommodations offered for consecutive shifts when floating
• Facility will provide as much notice as possible for Seaside assignments
