In this role, you will care for ill, injured, and recovering adults within our patient-centered care model. You’ll make autonomous clinical assessments, prioritize safety, and support patients and families throughout their healthcare journey. • Collect comprehensive data related to each patient’s health and condition
• Advocate for patients as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team
• Analyze assessment findings to identify diagnoses or issues
• Develop individualized care plans with expected outcomes
• Prioritize and promote patient safety at all times
• Ensure effective use of time, supplies, and equipment
• Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatments, offering support throughout their stay

• Minimum 1 year RN experience
• (We welcome experience from LTAC, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Rehab, Corrections — Acute Care not required)
• Active Florida RN license or approved multistate/compact RN license
• (Compact license holders must obtain Florida license within 60 days of relocation)
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
• BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) required prior to start
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start
• Registered Nurse Diploma

Salary Range:

• 2 Years Experience: $30.69/hr
• 5 Years Experience: $33.71/hr
• 17 Years Experience: $43.20/hr Max

Shift Differentials:

• Evenings: None
• Nights: $4.25/hr
• Weekends: $3/hr

On-Call: No

Sign-On Bonus:

• $15,000 for Day Shift
• $25,000 for Night Shift
