Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,503 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Windsor, Vermont.

Shift Times:

7:30 PM - 7:00 AM, 12hr Nights 36hr guarantee, Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed

This is a small community without public transport.  Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.  This is a firm requirement.

48hr guarantee is not available for this need

• 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - [Required]
• May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg and to any unit within scope of practice
• CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE [REQUIRED]
• Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - [Required]
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing / BSN [preferred]
• This is a small community without public transport.  Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.  This is a firm requirement. 
   
• Perm address must be included in traveler profile
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer.  Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
• NOTE MT ASCUTNEY 3 STRIKE RULE FOR CALL OFFS (enforced immediately):  
   
• After 3 call offs, a traveler's contract will be eligible for termination due to lack of attendance at Mt Ascutney Hospital and Health Center's discretion 

• Each call off must be communicated to the unit supervisor at least 1.5 hours in advance
