Physical Therapist (PT) – Adult Outpatient
Location: Fairfield, or Stratford, CT
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000 annually (DOE)***
Position Overview
We are currently seeking two Physical Therapists to join our adult outpatient team. This role focuses on treating patients with sports medicine, orthopedic, and neurologic diagnoses in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced clinicians, and we are also open to motivated new graduates.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat adult patients with orthopedic, sports-related, and neurologic conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention
Qualifications
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Physical Therapist in the state of Connecticut
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or neurology preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach
