Required Education:Washington State Department of Health phlebotomy license (MAP)High school diploma or equivalent REQUIREDMedical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).Work Experience:Minimum of 6 months experience REQUIRED.
