We are seeking a full-time, on-site Oncology Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Milford. The individual in this role will be responsible for delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care services to oncology patients. Key responsibilities include overseeing medication therapy, compounding medications as needed, collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes, and ensuring compliance with medical and regulatory standards. The role will also involve active participation in patient education and clinical initiatives.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Care
- Proficiency in Pharmacy and Medicine principles and practices
- Experience with Compounding and ensuring quality in pharmaceutical preparations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent qualification is required
- Active state pharmacist licensure and oncology pharmacy experience preferred
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills for working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Familiarity with oncology treatment protocols and evidence-based medication management is a plus
