Nurse Practitioner – Urology
Location: Brattleboro, VT
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Compensation
- $115,000 – $135,000 annually

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends or holidays
- Rotating on-call schedule
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a busy outpatient Urology practice. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a Urology surgeon to evaluate, diagnose, treat, and provide ongoing care for patients with a variety of urologic conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Assist with office-based urologic procedures and surgical care.
- Provide post-operative care and patient education.
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to infection control and OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program.
- Active Vermont APRN License.
- Minimum 2 years of Urology nursing experience.
- Current DEA License.
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR Certification.
- Eligible for credentialing by the medical staff.
- ANCC certification preferred.
