Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)Location: Washington Heights, NYPosition Type: Part-TimeClassification: Non-ExemptSchedule: Twice per week | 8-hour shiftsPay Range: $55 – $75 per hourPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in Washington Heights. This role involves evaluating and managing patient care in collaboration with the supervising Physician or Surgeon. While working under physician oversight, the provider may practice independently and consult with physicians as needed.Experience in pain management or physical medicine & rehabilitation is a plus. New graduates are welcome to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive physical examinationsEvaluate, diagnose, and manage patient careDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansPrescribe medications in accordance with NY State regulationsDocument patient encounters accurately and timelyObtain detailed social and medical historiesProvide continuity of care for new and follow-up patientsCoordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teamsMaintain a safe and compliant clinical environmentAssist practice physician as neededRequired QualificationsActive New York State NP or PA LicenseAppropriate certification (Board Certification required)BLS CertificationStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication and bedside mannerPreferred QualificationsClinical experience in pain managementKnowledge of Physical Medicine & RehabilitationExperience working in outpatient settingsCompany DescriptionLanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
